Flags, banners, boycotts, songs, signs... all too pathetic. Like trying to attack a rhino with a plastic toy butter knife.
Anything that is to have any impact needs to disconvenience people. Either people who can exert pressure - the league, sky etc - or the Allams themselves.
Thousands of fans on and refusing to leave the pitch before a televised game. Thousands of fans outside the ground denying the sky team access. Blockade any road routes to the stadium so anyone attending has to get out and walk. Blockade Allam marine so deliveries can't go in or out. Blockade the car park so the staff can't get home. Blockade their driveways so they can't drive in to work. Knock a door run their houses. Burn dog **** on their doorsteps and wedge the letterbox open.
Not that I am advocating any of these actions and any actions taken should be kept within the confines of the law which I believe would rule all the examples above out, but trying to make a point that it needs stepping up a gear if it is to have any impact all and not just be a complete waste of time.
Banners, flags etc all proven completely ineffective. Journalists and articles are like water off a ducks back. If there is to be a meaningful protest, it has to piss them off. No more pussy footing around.
So get thinking. Any good ideas put them to the trust, the protest groups or whatever but keep them off forums and social media so as not to forewarn the enemy.
