I'm all for criticising the allams at every opportunity but with the increased allocation we've got no choice but to give them the full north stand.

I imagine no other stand would have the appropriate segregation gates in place.

It's everything to do with Ehab being a twat. It's his stupidity and awful planning that he led to a situation whereby season ticket holders can't sit in their ****ing seat. Did we ever once have this problem before Ehab started being a **** and forcing everyone to sit where he wanted them to?

Yes. And the configuration of the KC has only now become a problem because of Ehams stupid ****ish ideas.

Therefore, absolutely Ehams fault.

There are some of our fans who need to have a long think about events from back then. Sadly, the history will be revised and no lessons learned.

So, if it was that well designed why did we have to have such a high propotion of seats as segregation? Why did we have to turn hundreds away against the likes of Swansea with over 2,000 empty seats in the stadium?

Because in those days the club owners didn’t have the foresight to liaise with Swansea to be told that fewer than 300 would be coming and then adapt accordingly by using lines of stewards and empty rows to separate fans. I know it’s against the rules to criticise Sir Adam...

There is nothing wrong with the design of the stadium when it comes to segregation.

6,000 season ticket holders can't sit in their seats at Old Trafford for Cup games. Unless they play City who only take 1,000 for a semi-final.
Every ground has this problem.
The pressure for a move to the North Stand came from a group of City fans.

It’s not just segregation between the seats that needs to be accounted for, segregation on the concourse and at entry gates is also relevant. That is where the stadium is quite inflexible.

There was. The reason there were so many seats as segregation when The KC opened was that the toilets and catering on the concourses didn't match up with the seating in a way that flexibility possible . Reading's stadum used to lose 30 seats for segregation we lost 600.They could accommodate different amounts of away fans. We couldn't and that was a design fault.

We were talking about 2000 seats being left empty.

And which they've had plenty of time and opportunity to rectify. It's not as though there's no experience of building barriers or making changes at the Kcom.

Well yeah there is that, nobody at the club expected so many to rock up ticketless on a Tuesday night in the bottom division.

When the attendance was announced I even remember the Swans fans getting to their feet and applauding.
