I have no idea, I'd be surprised if they did, they don't really have a reputation for travelling in huge numbers and as you say it's a dull draw. But their club requested the allocation so they must think they can sell it, the cheap tickets will help I suppose.
No, you have a membership for the league competition not the cup, that isn't your seat in the FA cup, sometimes you are given the opportunity to purchase the same seat but in this instance the seat isn't available so you'll have to buy one somewhere else. You'd have been evicted if you bought a ticket for that seat and they later decided you had to move, but you never had a ticket and that never was your seat for the game, hence it's not an eviction.
I'd give up mate. It's ****ing obvious but if they choose not to understand it there's nowt you can do.
North Stand has become our singing area i.e. our 'kop'. What other club gives up it's kop for the opposition? Only at Hull. Our ****wit owners don't get it, and surprisingly some on here appear not to get it either. Just another in a long list of own goals by our twat owners. ****ing clueless.
Fans get "evicted" at every club for cup games. A season pass only guarantees you a particular seat for cup games.
So you would be alright with 2,000 fans in the East Stand being shifted instead then? The problems are caused by the design of the KC which never considered these things, for reasons which have been discussed before.
Yes, why don't we trial that? Oh that's right, it worked well for years then the club foolishly listened to some self-appointed fan group with an ultra fantasy for the N stand.
I would’nt be surprised if their owners laid on free travel - ‘come and support the new gaffer for only a tenner’ etc. It’s what I’d do.
The design didn't seem to be a problem before all the moving started. The North was just the away stand, and if it wasn't full part of it could be changed to home supporters. Simple, and no one ever had to move away from their season pass seat unless they wanted to.
Increased allocations (and the resultant moving of home fans) is obviously nothing new, it happens in cup games all the time, but as has been mentioned,it is unusual for the most vociferous of the home fans being the ones that are moved.
The configuration of the KC plays a part in that. Also, have the police and SAG played a part in this with "advice". Putting them in the East Stand would cause more problems with segregation in the seats and on the terraces.
