Did you deliberately miss the part about his 'form' because you want to omit it from the terms of the bet ?

I'll give you a sporting chance. Clearly nobody will buy Kane if he's injured or out of form and only scored 10 goals for the whole season.

So what would be an acceptable amount of goals to you ?

I want the bet to be simple, Pix, with no chance of either of us wriggling.

This is for charity ffs, mate!

If Kane is still at Spurs at the end of next season, you pay £20 to Bernardos.

If Kane isn't still at Spurs at the end of next season, I will pay £20 to a charity of your choice.

That is what I thought we had agreed.

Are you trying to tell me that you've thrown in a smartarsed get-out provision to deny those orphaned kids your £20?

Please, tell me that isn't so, mate!

Okay I can see that you want to omit the form part. So lets just say as long as he's not injured and not playing, which would of course practically rule out any transfer.

Agreed ?

It was in the original comment <ok> I meant it to cover things like him being injured for half a season or totally out of form and only having scored 6 or so goals. So on form meant roughly how he's performing now.

Nah that's poor form imo Piskie.

You can't make it subjective as people's idea of form will differ.

It has to be black and white for me, if he's a Spurs player come September 2018 you pay up, if not then he does. Simples <ok>

Okay, let's keep it simple. Forget form.

But it's the end of next season so May 2019.

Come on you Spuds

You must be one of the most stupidly obsessed people about other clubs that I've ever encountered. Never got it with people who care more about rivals losing than their own team winning.

Reminds me of the dickhead Saints fans who would cheer Pompey not winning immediately after us throwing away another two goal lead at home and plummeting towards relegation <doh>

Hiag I fully agree about that 'form' bit for the reasons I've stated. It should just be as it was so it's black and white and no room for subjective opinion or wriggling - on both sides.

I don’t think there's any need for the 'depriving kids' comments though to be honest mate, a bit unnecessary for me.

Why not?

If you give it large over a bet for charity with no intention of doing anything other than wumming, you’re fair game, in my book.

I know I take the piss, but I wouldn’t try to gain a wum advantage using charity as my cover. A line has to be drawn somewhere.

You do know The Gingermeister isn’t real don’t you. It’s all a part of my wumaggedon, surely that’s obvious.

I don’t know what it is, really! It’s bordering on pathological!

Maybe he was beaten round the head with a Spurs rattle when he was a little kid or something!?
