Fair enough. I still haven't voted yet. Thankfully, it's not our decision anyway. But I would suggest that Wednesday morning might be the best time to make it.
Me neither, not changed my vote. Out of his depth before Everton, when he happened to play another manager hopelessly out of his depth. We need Walcott to cheer us up and a new man to lead. See, running a footie club is easy peasy
He makes so many mistakes, yeah he's playing in a bad team but one of the reasons they're a bad team, he's just not that good but he's got that 'young English' hype. Jack is better, Maya is better, Hoedt is better. Neither of those three are good enough to partner together IMO, we need to sign someone thats better than what we have.
It is a bit of a mess, yeah. Been pretty damn good for most of the last 10 years though. How quickly we all forget.
McCarthy, Pied, Long, Davis (this one saddens me the most), Austin, Tadic, Redmond, Gardos & Clasie I'd all be moving on in the summer.
Not Austin - he scores goals. Never ceases to amaze mo how rare a talent that is. Edit; I wouldn't sell Tadic either.
Depends on Austin's fitness. Tadic I am starting to think he needs to move on. Hope he proves me wrong the rest of the season
Tadic has been poor for the best part of 18 months now. That and his attitude stinks, to me. Austin, we just cannot rely on.
Think we need a focal point in the attack. Austin is the only striker we have capable of holding the ball up consistently and that is far from the best part of his game.
I disagree about Tadic. He's been a curate's egg (good in parts), but well worth retaining for the good parts imo. With a more cohesive side around him, I would expect him to perform - albeit erratically. Austin will probably always be injury prone, some players just are. I wouldn't move him on unless he reached Marion Pahars levels of fragility though.
I think Tadic could do with some competition, he's not on a huge amount so I certainly wouldn't be looking to get rid. If we sign Walcott I think Tadic would love the runs he makes with his pace and Theo would thrive on it too.
