Because McGregor is gash and no manager seems to like Marshall.

McGregor has been anything but gash this season. He's single handedly kept us in games playing behind a Sunday league defence.

I'm in agreement with EPT, goals aren't a concern, strikers cost the most money and you can add 1.5x to their value in January. We probably do need a bigger centre forward, but we don't actually leave anybody up from corners at all, so even if we did have a big centre forward, he would be pulled back into the area to defend anyway.

We need an experienced centre half, I think we missed a trick not signing Aden Flint from Brizzle, he looks like the new Maguire. Omar Beckles at Shrewsbury is doing well, he's come up through the lower leagues and might add a bit of no-nonsense to the back line. Murray Wallace at Scunthorpe is also doing well, they've conceded just 14 goals all season.
Jack Marriott at P'boro has 13 goals this season, born in Beverley and with his team not doing great in League 1, could be available for a decent price. Ryan Ledson at Oxford would also be a good fit for our midfield, he's only 20 and IIRC he looked very good against us in pre-season. Heart of Midlothian's Jamie Walker would finish it off for me, nippy winger who I've always liked, but there's always the risk coming from the SPL.

McGregor is gash. Other than his decent shot stopping he has nothing else to his game. His distribution is shocking.

There's nowt in the war chest....The Alarms have made sure of that!!

Greggs is a decent instinct type of keeper, but anything on target from outside the box, forget it, the lads might as well troop back to the middle for the kick-off

There's bound to be something in The Alarm's war chest.

    68 guns maybe?

Yup, other than keeping the ball out the net he's useless. Goalkeepers need to do more than just stop the ball going in...

A keeper that only has shot stopping to his game, great. That is his primary job! Surely you're on a wind up or you've hit the Christmas drinks early?

You don't have to drop Campbell, you would play two up front and play Campbell off a target man.
