This is what happens when you get a fine at Saints. You have to spin Stuart Taylor’s ‘Wheel of Misfortune’. Florin broke a rule, had to spin and got his fine multiplied by five! This is how it went down... I love this.
Oh, if only Florin could play football. Such a shame he got injured, thought he was going to fit in swell. Another shock, horror when footballer is injured and can’t be ****ed...
Rumour on Twitter that Wes has a strop on because he was dropped for the Arsenal game......so much so he removed the fact he is a professional footballer for saints from his Instagram .....(still got photos though) https://www.instagram.com/wesleyhoedt14/
I've got quite a strop on that he tried to get away with cruyff turns three times in one match in dangerous positions and ended up gifting a goal to the oppo. So much so I've decided to start an instagram account without his picture on it.
He's recently signed with a new digital marketing agency who are managing his image across social media. They're called 9024 sports and athlete promotion and social media management is their schtick. Southampton and all his previous bumpf from his bios on all social media platforms have been replaced. Maybe he is having a huff, but this looks more like a re-branding and a social media representative getting the passwords to his accounts now. It is odd how his Instagram photo has been removed entirely, though. Not even a photo of him.
We have 3 games in a week and Arsenal like to play the ball across the ground which plays to Yoshi and Stephens strengths. It was a good call by Pellegrino as the result showed. And it's not like he had earned another start after Bournemouth. I know it's only a rumour so I won't read much into it but if true he needs to learn to be a team player. I'm sure he'll get a chance tonight.
You are meant to believe every rumour posted on here. We now know that Gabbi is a piss artist who goes to bed with a whole bottle of wine to drink and that Wes is a petulant, sulky little bastard. At this rate we'll have all of our players pigeon holed into same nasty little negative descriptors.
You're right we're getting way to negative. Rumours about our players being up all night drinking etc. Its lowering our good reputation. better Better post the latest tweets from Yoshida quick. That'll bring our rep back up. please log in to view this image
As said....still got photos, so wouldn't read too much into it. I don't want players to happily accept not being played, so happy if he uses his 'anger' to train harder and force his way into the team. He is a good player and I'm sure would gain from being played every week...as did Jack Stephens and Maya. Wes plays in an area that we are particularly well served in. Mauricio seems willing to rotate Maya and Wes, so the one who really has grounds to moan is Jack (great to see him get a run out). Wes is young and talented....and more likely to be in our long term plans than Virgil....and (heaven forfend) may get a chance if someone gets injured....after all that is what gave Jack his chance.
Stole this from saintsweb, a very nice article on Taylor, explaining his career. https://mobile.nytimes.com/2017/12/13/sports/soccer/premier-league-goalkeeper-stuart-taylor.html
Apparently Eric Black has left? https://www.saintsweb.co.uk/showthr...Eric-Black-is-the-problem!/page3#.WjPM1d9l-Uk
I read that last week. TBH, I felt it was very melancholic and a little bit sad. A cautionary tale of missed opportunities.
