Ian, it feels like you come on this board sporadically, post your opinion and then make comments about things you're surprised at on this forum... if you only read it more often you'd see that there are a lot of people who regularly mention the things you have above.

Namely: the value of Davis, the poor crossing of Cedric and Boufal being given more of a chance

Sometimes You post like a man who has been locked in a vault for forty years and comes out surprised we dont think about using solar panels for energy.

I'm not surprised that you always seemed surprise.

It might not even need the players (though I would try that too). I think we need just two words added:

Exactly. What worries me about MP2 is I don’t see anything in the psychology of the players that makes me think he is anywhere close to managing this squad effectively. That for me is at least 70% of his job, more so than tactical nous etc.

Players that *could* do it, don’t suddenly become players that *can’t* do it overnight.

How the hell would we be able to sell FF? He’s on a 5 year & reportedly one of our biggest earners which must put him in the £60-90K bracket. Who would buy & pay anywhere near that!? He’s gonna be here for a long time me thinks.

As I said yesterday, Joe Hart is only on loan at West Ham. He may not be there next season. And we all know how much the West Ham owners love to over spend on a dud.

Alternatively, Celtic could take him back.

It is the fail though so I wouldn't read too much into it. He probably wants out though.

Totally agree,however they have slowly gone downhill for over a year now IMO.
Whilst I don't believe MP2 can get em playing again ( hope I'm wrong) it certainly didn't start this year.

Yeah he hasn't seemed settled for a while, but I remember having a chat with you on the way to Hull game from the pub on my birthday.
