Hoping too. I Need to check when on sale.

On general now...

I'm looking at it, but work at 7 on the Thursday morning so staying over is out of the equation. Need to swap my shift on the day of the game too.

Don't fancy a drive on my own either... might be too much to do I reckon :(

Luckily for me, two of my team live in Manchester, (one a ST holder at Citeh) so they will be getting a visit that day and the day after.

I’m back late tomorrow so need to check with mate who was going to get me one on his ticket, then I’ll be booking :)

Watched that Chelsea 3-1 away game last night in its entirety. In one match it is an illustration of what we've lost. Sadio scared them with his speed and power and Graziano totally dominated both Cahill and Terry, and often occupied 2 or 3 players. And the team pressed like we don't seem to do now. They were on the front foot all the time. There was plenty of sideways passing when required, but there was an urgency to get the ball forward, and did we have outlets for it.

Funnily enough, we probably have a stronger squad overall, but our first eleven is undoubtedly weaker.

We have always been greater than the sum of our parts as a team but sadly these days we are far less.

An opinion piece on where we are, some of which I agree with but some I don't.
bit harsh on yoshi. the idea of a southampton way is the problem we have. other teams know we are going to rock up and play the same formation, if the system worked and if we had the players for that system fair enough, but as the article said, mane made our system work and we have not replaced him. we should not be blaming the manager if he is told to play a certain style of football that does not work
