With the second promotion I thought they were quite lucky, Brighton were arguably better that season (at least more consistent) but the playoffs fell our way as we played Sheffield Wednesday in the final.

Slightly off topic but Sky Sports are reporting rumours that Ashley wants £400m for Newcastle.

That probably means Laurel & Hardy will re-set their asking price.

But according to our comedy duo the north aint popular to buy a football club. So no chance of a sale.

And of course you have to be central. That's Hull's problem you see; middle of nowhere. Out on a limb. End of the line. Yet somehow also close enough to Leeds/Sheffield for it to be an excuse for people to say they go there for the vastly, vastly superior shopping.

Whereas Newcastle is the centre of the earth of course.

Thanks.

Stop ****ing moaning about Tymon and anyone else leaving the club. It's their job they have loyalty only to themselves and family. If anyone thinks anything other then that, you are deluding yourselves.

I enjoy the notion of ‘the club’ and I’ve seen loyalty to the club from players before: from Hull born and non-Hull born. Hence why I know players are capable of it; hence why I hold it up as a value. It’s sad that you haven’t seen or experienced this before as it’s enriched my support of the club.

If you don’t treasure such values then fine, but stop ****ing moaning about the Allams – after all, they’re just being loyal to themselves and their family.

Newcastle has the big market and Eldon Square shopping Centre.

Use to love Westgate Road for all the Motorcycle shops especially the couple of British bike shops

Think it's all changed now.

Westgate still has all the bike shops, I was in ducati not so long ago and bought my last pair of leathers from a large shop down there :)
