Everton were really poor today and very lucky to get a point.
Like you say HR if they lose to Lyon and Arsenal he'll be gone.

I wouldn't 100% rule him out. He did well for us, knows a good player when he sees one, and is an excellent tactician. OK, he's ****bag but I could just about forgive him if he promised to behave and did well.

That's how I feel. None of us truly know what went on at the time either.

I'd imagine he thought bigger this when it was clear Mane and Pelle were being shipped out and I always thought he threatened to leave unless his demands or strategy was met, i.e. Keeping one or both or xxx players as replacements, and I think the Board then called his bluff and got money in for him too.

Smart move if that was true...

I’ve always said he’s overrated, nothing that’s happened since has changed my opinion.

Stating the obvioius there seems to be very little difference in terms of quality between 14 teams in this seaons PL. The plethora of draws in this weekend's matches lends credence to my thinking. The obvious difference being last season's Top 6, but given the manner of Arsenal and Liverpool's performances, are they being dragged closer to the bottom 14 with the stand out teams being Chelsea, Manchester City and United, and Tottenham.
