With Everton currently losing at Brighton, I wonder who will get the heave ho first, Koeman or Mark Hughes ?

Speaking of Conte, Jose 'I want to play for a big club' Fonte had some very interesting things to say about Poch's managerial style. Well worth a read. On the Beeb.

Conte and Cahill are complaining that they have a thin squad. Are they not aware of the two million players they have bought and sent out on loan? The club are making the player market like the property market used to be pre-crash, with players only being considered as a commodity to make a profit

It doesn't help that their youth policy also looks an awful lot like this...

I was so moved by their fate that I almost drowned
in the flood of tears of sympathy coming from my eyes.
If only they had the financial power of Huddersfield. :(

It would be interesting to see how "the best manager in the world" Fraudiola would do managing Huddersfield (or Brighton).

I think the most immediate result of the Citeh destruction of the league thus far is that we will hear a lot more Citeh callers into TalkShite with London accents.

Pochettino's attention to detail was one of the first things I noticed about him when he joined Spurs. That and the increased fitness of the squad was apparent.

This is simply what successful people in any field do. Whether it's making a record or a meal or managing anything, it's that awareness of everything that goes into it that makes the difference. Wenger had this but is probably tired now and his attention is failing, Clough turned it into an art form.
His signings have addressed the needs in the team more so than we have seen for a long time as well.
He's the best Spurs manager since Burkinshaw IMO and if he stays and wins things he could be the best.

34 players. The sales of Ake and Chalobah are quite odd to me, too. Not like they needed the money.
