You tell me

Josh himself listened to his agent whilst said agent was playing games with Ehab.

His agent tried getting as much as he could from the club and tried convincing Josh that a move away was the better option despite him not wanting to move.

I suspect Bowen is now on more with us, than Tymon is on at Stoke.

And twice as much as Tymon was asking for to stay with us.

You're probably right.

And yet he'd have stayed for around half of what he's on at Stoke. A cheaper option than signing Kingsley.

The agent makes no real money whilst Tymon is happy at a club. Thats how they work. They move players around.

The agent makes very little on a youth player who moves for a compo fee either and he's unlikely to get a big move while playing for Stoke U23's.

He'd have been our first choice left back this season and the agent would get far more from the standard £10m we sell all our decent players for at the end of the season.

I think he was on a pretty low contract for a long time , I think City ****ed up although agent's don't help

Max Clark has done well though , another Hull Lad

Indeed.
He was ****ed about, then offered a poor deal, that's why many of us believe it's not him who should be condemned.

Right or wrong, surely that’s part of the negotiation?

I think some people use their personal insight to cloud that a player left for his own ends and his own ends only.

Nothing new in it.

Between us, we must have posted words to this effect 500 times or something.

Pretty conceited response but is it possible that some people don’t rate your biased account?

How long you been best mates with him for anyway?

We could have signed him for less than we're paying many of our new players and he'd easily have made the starting XI.

Add the fact that there was no fee involved in signing him and we lost him for less than he's worth and it was poor business, whoever you chose to believe.

Once he knew of higher ranked clubs interest, did he ever want to sign?

“As soon as this opportunity presented itself to me, I knew it was one that I wasn't going to be able to turn down."

“There was interest from other clubs but Stoke have put a really good plan together for me and showed tremendous faith in me.

At most clubs, Tymon would now be considered scum to the fans but here…

In fact at most clubs supporters recognise when players move on to bigger clubs. Even at United/Spurs Ronaldo/Bale are still treated fondly.

How is that a fact?

Generally speaking, based on anecdotal evidence though, fans usually resent when oneoftheirown sack them off for more money.

I've seen it personally, many many times.

I wasn't speaking as a FACT but just that there are plenty of examples of ex-players being welcomed back warmly. It all depends on the circumstances of the departure. I can't imagine many begrudge Tymon.
