So Gini has the defender's arms wrapped around him at the corner, ref rightly stops and speaks to him.

Play on.

Defender does the exact same thing, ref does **** all.

What was the point in speaking to him and warning him then?

Maybe the fact the lot of them ran to near post and ball was embarrassingly long that the ref said it was pointless.

All wijnaldum was doing was annoying keeper anyway. Not really a scoring thought in his head

Don't see how that's relevant. Can't grab/hold another player. He did it, got warned. He did it again. Things like that just say to the players, "do whatever the **** you like, I'll bottle making any decisions"

I never understand this. Blow the whistle and if he does it blow for a foul. Don't tell him beforehand, wouldn't do that from open play.

Usual problem of very iffy final ball means no clear cut chances yet, lots of half chances.

Why when an LFC player has the ball do the likes of Hendo run towards the man withe ball resulting in a 2ft pass and us gradually losing the ball. What happened to running into space for a pass.

Playing well. Solanke had a tough one but should have scored from Robertsons cross.

More te I watch Robertson more I like him. Crosses is very good and comfortable on the ball with his passing and movement. Yet to see him proper defensively yet.

I k ow we have this thing with Flanno where bit of piss take, bit of cult hero, but on the ball he's very under rated. His passing is top notch, especially one touch. He moves the ball quickly even if it's just a simple 5 yard pass. Doesn't dwell on it, just a shame he has no real pace to be able to get up the pitch

Jesus, how did Robertson miss that?! Just after I bigged him up he fluffs one across goal

Love watching Cout in this deep role. Gets the ball in space turns and immediately dangerous.
