There was a former super-agent on TalkSport, yesterday, and he reckons it's just as likely that the new agent will look to work with Levy in keeping Alli at the club, as well as doing fresh business with Levy.
The guest (who wasn't a Spurs fan), made the following observations:-
- Spurs are shortly to move into a state-of-the-art stadium, which will be the best in the World;
- We have one of the best young squads in World football that, if it stays together, could go on to do something remarkable
- Alli is still young, and there is no real case that can be made by any agent to encourage him to move away from Spurs
- Levy is an interesting character, with whom any agent would love to do business in the coming years
He concluded by saying that Spurs fans need not necessarily be worried that Alli is looking to change his agent.
Bollocks.
Agents care about one thing.....money.
Spurs pay peanuts compared to Europes Big clubs.
First chance agent Smith gets, and he will be touting a move to whomever is offering the most spondooleys.
