And Barkley pulled out of the Chelsea deal after a medical.
I must be missing your point.

Do you think, maybe, it's a tiny bit possible that with all the doom and gloom about players leaving and then it subsequently coming out that there was a gentlemen's agreement in place for him to leave (which is non-contractual and probably bollocks) it's sort of warped people's view on him personally? Some on here seem quite aggrieved at his situation, they're making him out to be some sort of arrogant prick who thinks he's better than the club. I haven't seen anything to suggest that's the case. I'll gladly take some proof if it'll prove me wrong.
I think he is agreeing with you.I must be missing your point.
I think he is agreeing with you.
Players have all the power now.

I must be missing your point.
I don't believe Musa made the decision. All day we were told that it was down to percentage of wages we were willing to pay.
And then we were told a deal was agreed but Musa didn't fancy it? If you're saying this then I'm even more confused about the mention of Barkley.
Because Barkley was originally reported to have agreed terms and had a medical, only for a statement to be released saying he hadn't had a medical.
His obvious attitude pre season?
Some comments last night were embarrassing. One spotty little tit threatening to cut people up and another hoping Ehab crashed on the way home.
This is about football FFS.
Now we have the hate squad out for Grosicki who is no more than a daft lad who's getting over-excited about being a star before he learns the ropes.
He has the ability to be a good footballer, but he's still acclimatising to the English game in the same way Henriksen is.
I've seen plenty of conjecture about Grosicki wanting to leave, reading into cryptic tweets, analysing body language during goal celebrations. I haven't seen anywhere he himself saying he wants to go or that he is trying to leave. We seem to have built a persona up around Grosicki from what we have deciphered, but it's based on nothing really and I think the lad is one of those players who doesn't have to try hard to be good, he just is. His playing style makes him look lazier than he is, but I wouldn't describe somebody who ran nearly half the length of the pitch and scored as 'lazy'.
This effort over quality thing really gets on my tits, but it isn't like he doesn't put any effort in, plenty of times I've seen him break up play on the edge of our area, he did it more than once against Bolton. Ideally you want players who have both but having effort and no quality isn't going to win you any games, having quality and no effort at least gives you a chance.

I mean, this is the guy who deliberately pulls in front of people on a motorway and slams his brakes on in response to a rude gesture. If anyone deserves to be in crash, it's someone who pisses about on the roads, putting others at risk by trying to be a big man.
Which was? He played in the pre season games?

Played is being generous.
For someone desperate for a move, I'm rather surprised he didn't hand in a transfer request.
You don't hand in a transfer request unless you know another club wants you and nobody bid for him.
I'm not going to analyse his performance in games that were intended for fitness purposes. Looking at his performance in league games, I'd say he's looked fine. If he wanted to leave so desperately, he'd have taken the loan move to Freiburg when it came in.
