It's on the UEFA site itself and Youtube too, according to that link. Not sure about how stable it'll be or the quality, but Everton's games against Hajduk Split were decent. If they can manage to put them up, then you'd hope that UEFA would be able to, too.
No UEFA demands that the games have to be played at a site where there is a minimum spectator seating capacity ??
