The Man City kid we were linked to in the summer, who ended up at Dortmund because Fraudiola remembered City have a youth team at the last minute and didn't want us to do more with him in the space of three months than City would have done in five years.

A few experienced players on show for Everton, so it will have been a useful learning experience for our young side.
No idea why Lookman in particular wasn't involved for their first team.
I expect that he'll be one of a few that are involved in the Europa League game on Thursday.

Well that confirms Edwards, Sterling and Georgiou won't feature against Barnsley...

 

And that Shayon Harrison has been abducted or something.
I assume that he's just injured and nothing's been said, but it would be nice if the club would tell us these things.

 

Given our youth focus it is odd that we're not particularly transparent about which youngsters are signed and which aren't.

We know that Edwards, Oakley-Boothe and Roles have signed new contracts in the past few months as the club has said they have, but after that all we have to go on is the Retain/Release list from every June as a guide.
