As far as we know, he's already had his medical and agreed personal terms, but there's a bit of a dispute on his fee (we must have agreed a fee for him to have him medical/discuss personal terms, so presumably something's changed during the process) and he's now in Japan, so probably won't sign until he returns.

Probably due to his physical presence he seemed like the Livermore type

Assuming he's in Japan for Australia's match there, he can't get back here in time can he? Given that their match is 11am on deadline day and the window closes at 11pm.
 
So for the Derby game we should have Henriksen, Evandro and Campbell back. With Irvine, Success and Dickho coming in, we'll have a decent squad there with options off the bench. I'd still like another defender as back up to the three, unless we are counting Clark as CB cover.

I'd count Aina as centre back cover with Lenihan slotting in to right back.

Two more loans from Chelsea keep getting mentioned. We'd be daft not to use them - even if they don't have a clue who's available and who isn't at their end.
