Don't understand why Kent is not at a club on loan already. If he is definitely going out on one then he should be training with one now..
He doesn't want to come here? Liverpool don't want him to come here?
Liverpool want him to sign a new deal before he's allowed to go out on loan and agreeing new deals obviously takes time, particularly when the player is away on a pre-season tour.
I would have thought that was fairly obvious, he cost us £10m and if we don't flog him now, we lose him for nothing.
Ah I wasn't aware of his contract status. Think we've missed the boat then. His 15+ goals this season will be more valuable than 2/3 million
I don't think it's obvious at all. I'd rather we keep him and get 15-20 goals out of him than the 5-8m we'd likely get for selling him.
Players came to us to play for Bruce! We may well miss out on players now because who'd want to play for **** owners? Unless you know the new manager? Or you own a club and your friends with the manager?
It's obvious to Ehab and that's all that matters with regard to whether he stays or not.
Someone would have to bid for him first.
Seems weird that not a single team has thought him worth a punt for 5-8m.
Seems doubly weird that Ehab has insisted no one else will go if he's keen to cash in on Hernandez.
I didn't say he's keen to cash in, I just said if someone bids £10m, he'll be gone.
£10million is the 'buy it now' price for our players. Everyone knows that.
Chelsea are back from their travels so how about those other two loan signings. Any suitable left backs and maybe an attacking midfielder. Oh for a proactive and nurturing ownership!
