Same here, for whatever reason they have gone.
The lack of additions is concerning but for me not worrying. The days of worrying about stuff out of my control have long gone (unless it's family or friends)
Think this needs some context really
Bruce - injured and on loan most of season never replaced
Maloney - Bowen will be a more then adequate replacement this season
Davies - replaced by Mazauch
Mcguire - replaced by Hector
Hudd - replaced by Stewart
Jak - Mannion stepping up, more then ready for championship
Elmo - replaced by Aina
Robbo - we are still looking.
Tymon - played a handful of games, it's common knowledge we are in for two Lb
Loanees:
Mbokani - did nothing
Fred - needs replacing
Rocca - needs replacing
Markovic - Weir back from loan (I appriciate not the same quality)
Niasse - Campbell has replaced
Rb (name escapes me right now) - Lenihan back from injury
So realistically to have the same numbers in our squad as we finished last season with we need:
Two LB
CM
CB
Batty, clackstone ect can be fillers as Tymon and Bowen where last season
if we are going purely on numbers of players in the squad, we are not massively away from what we had last season.
Personally I think we still need another couple of wingers added to that list, along with the full backs, CM and CB
Mannion's highly regarded and everyone is just assuming he can step up, but the reality is he's never played a single league game at any level.
Anybody excited for next summer when we have to do all of this again?

Dawson will not be fit for most of the season. At his age and given the knocks he had taken his recovery's from injuries are taking longer. He will be out for periods of time in afraid.

I agree, but those on here who have seen him play rate him, and as a third choice keeper he is fine

Seems weve taken another loan out against next years parachute payment too, to go with the previous loan dated 6th january 2017 using pl payments for 2016/17 2017/18 as security
Are the allams using these loans to payoff allamgift as a quickfire way to put money in there pockets rather than wait for parachute installments, thus reducing there asking price to a more attractive one for potential buyers?

The context was in my post saying 9 first team players and 6 loans have left and so far we have brought in 5.
All those who have gone had played in the Premier League, some more some less but they were all experienced players and you think the kids we have are good enough to replace them? some of those couldn't even get a game in the cup games.
