Obviously Liverpool media have turned this into "omg manager said he wasn't fit, Virgil says he is, [HASHTAG]#welcometoliverpool[/HASHTAG]", because you know, that's how pathetic and respectful they are when backing off from transfer dealings.
 
The power of social media. I mentioned the other day that sometimes it gains a momentum. Thankfully, sometimes it doesn't. :)

Be aware that pretty much all the more amateur and more professional noises are initiated by Liverpool FC, even if they are not directly involved. Because they are no longer the universal 'go to' club they have become experts at this sort of propaganda to increase their presence. As one Saints staff member rightly put it, we've given them too much already. They've hit the limit.
 
This whole debacle has convinced me that Scourers barely have a brain cell between them. They read the statement from their club yet totally ignored it and continued to think that they would get our man
