This would explain the delay over the Robbo deal. Sounds like a good short term move for us if we get Ryan Kent. Tom is a shame indeed he was my pos last term but he does not score gets few assists and dont tackle but somehow is good to watch?
Everyday looks more and more like they are carrying out a scorched earth policy, that will take city a long time to recover from, one word springs to mind " spite"
Interesting... which players will 'become' available that aren't available now? If anything, the longer we leave it, the less there will be available as they'll have already moved clubs.
Davies and Tom had buy out clauses so can't stop that. Maguire and Robertson where always going to go Tymon could have been handled better then it has. I would still be surprised if we don't lose two more out of clucas, Elmo and grosicki which again was expected after relegation.. it's not the players leaving it's the fact we haven't brought people in quick to plug the holes in the squad.
Seriously....do I have to explain that one? teams will only let certain players leave once they have done their own business, it's the same every window, players who wernt available become available later in the window, top end Prem teams will let players go out on loan to champ level once a Prem move is 100% not happening, again as I keep saying I'd love us to have done more business at this stage, but the window is still wide open and a lot of business is yet to be done
After the sale fell through, they never had any intention of selling the club. In fact I'm sure they probably knew that "that sale" was going to go tits up too.
Of course people care. Thats why there is so much frustration on here. And afraid I will still be going. Been doing so for 50 years and Ehab aint going to beat me
People saying that the Allams are savvy business people that know the path to financial redemption lies in returning to the Premier League. You need to answer one question - if that's the case, why did they criminally under invest last season and allow the club to tumble out of the Premier League? Let's not forget Silva performed miracles to even get close to survival in May.
Or, with each passing day each agent knows we are becoming more desperate and increases the demands or transfer fee..
As I do too. I wasn't born 50 years ago so you beat me on that one. But the 20/30 people who post on here probably lean towards the more fanatical side of the fan base. But as we all I'm know a lot of people have had enough.
Different people have differing levels as to what they consider personally affects them. I consider trying to change the club's name for nothing more than a childish & petulant disagreement as affecting me personally. I consider being continually lied to & misled as affecting me personally. I consider being referred to as a hooligan as personal. I consider throwing disabled, children's & sports clubs out of their facilities under the name of the club I support to affect me personally. I consider pricing out different groups of supporters such as disabled, children & oldies as personal. I could go on but I'm sure you get the gist, you're not stupid after all. It's about principles & values. Mine are different to yours.
If you sat in E5 last season, you paid £40.50 a month to watch a Premier League side and had entry to the U23 games included. If you sit in E5 this season, you're paying £39.00 a month to watch the U23s. Great business right there.
Yes yours are different to mine, yet I still don't resort to personal insults where as you do.... Just shows the intelligence level of who I'm talking to
