This saga does seem like tapping up by Everton to me . I thought there were PL rules about this but difficult to prove of course as they could claim it was his agent.
A Dutch one would be good Is Nacer Chadli still unhappy in baggies land? Good footballer, likes to play and he can head the ball as good as Llorente. He could fly here, at 27 he should be on top of his game too.
Ki could do the attacking midfield role if he would only play a season like he did in the last couple of games last season. He's South Korea's captain so could do that for us as well which may motivate him.
