I think their background is a bit better than Newport and Cheltenham Town...

It really doesn't matter. Silva had a very low-key career as well. Star players don't always convert into quality manager, nor vice versa.

And no Mourinho did not have a better background than that.

And a question, I know he has his basges and all that, but in 9 years at Wolves they haven't to my knowledge had a stand out keeper... he says he 'wasn't a really good goalkeeper', how can someone like that stand and tell goalkeepers who have played at a high level what to do...

Quite easily. He has his UEFA B coaching licence for goalkeeping and outfield. He also coaches on occasion for the FA.

He came across very well.

Hennessey at Wolves 2005 to 2014 - Decent keeper.

Very good. Looks like Ryan will wear the skull cap permanently in matches/training.
I'm at work so can't watch. Is there any timescale on Mason? Is he good to go now? A couple of months to build fitness/confidence?

"I'm Simon from the BBC, I'm going to introduce to the level of intelligence you should expect from those that contact our programmes"

He's an affable chap is Len.

I think he said his fitness is good, just the mental recovery that requires patience - it was a pretty traumatic head injury and there'll be a lot of nervousness around that. Time is what's required.
