City fan I know says he's a good finisher but not much else. I rate him though.
 
I'd love this. Ihenacho, Gabi, Sam, Austin and Long would give us a bit of everything. With Tadic, Redmond, Boufal, Sims and maybe one other - we could play one two or three up front and have lovely options and change ups.

He's just another version of Defoe in my eyes, he gets a chance and it's in the back of the net more often than not. He's never going to be one of these strikers that busts his balls for the team.

Would love him here but can't see it personally , but you never know.

Possibly adding Defrel to that and you have some tasty attacking options.

He did say just that.

This summer I'm to ignore anyone who gets personal. There really is no need.

Someone who disagrees automatically gets called condescending or similar. It's just a disagreement of opinion, but so many people can't handle that and use personal messages to see their way out. Says more about them really.

I can't really see this happening. We don't want to sell Bertrand (also see Les's comment) and I can't see us agreeing to a buy back clause. I know Beefy says he's been told Bertrand wants to go but someone on Saintsweb says he doesn't, so we don't really know what he wants. Unless any of you know or are him of course. :emoticon-0126-nerd:

If there was a mini dressing room revolt to trigger Puels departure then it would hardly make sense for any player to want to leave having achieved what they set out to do. Tie this in with the sky report that suggests there is an agreement with pelligrino that no players will be sold this summer and you have our best ever close season.

Booooooooo, boring, boring!

No only jesting. You're absolutely spot on. The amount of times I read the personal attacks, which are invariably incorrect, drives me to despair. I often start writing a 3rd party response but stop, knowing it'll only add fuel to fire.

On the whole everyone has a little nibble every now and then. Bad day at work, missus with the hump...etc. We're all guilty of it at some point.
When we look back 30 mins later , majority will apologise , I don't think any harm is meant. Like I've said a few times , people sometimes take things the wrong way and that's what sets them off.
