I like to cook Chinese, Italian, fusion

If I had my way I would so a restaurant/diner doing world foods.

Shut up...you would open one of those typical Pakistani kebab shops! Bloody mirpuri's!!!

with lamb in it...and obviously not just rice, I had salad with it and mint n coriander yoghurt. If it's tasty you don't need too much on a plate of Savoury rice.

Thats probably because your body goes in conservation mode and tries to save as much as it can using the reaserve as little as possible.

Go for a run about an hour or half an hour before iftar, that should help.

I think I'll do what I usually do in these circumstances mate. Ignore it till it goes away.
