If that's our shortlist, I'd have to go with De Boer. Was a success at Ajax and good with the youngsters. Inter didn't work out for whatever reason , but they are a weird club recently.

De Boer was bad at Inter even for how bad Inter are. He wasn't that good at Ajax either, I would pass.
 
How about Avram Grant? He's finished runners up in both the champions league, and premier league, plus would be a ''under the radar'' appointment.
 
4 league titles is seen as not good then?
Not many Ajax fans liked his style of football. My cousin lives in Amsterdam and went to a lot of their games. De Boer played a possession type of football, with loads of side passing. The fans hated it.
