The truth is out there.

I know a few people in the NHS who would say otherwise. Virgincare are taking over services countrywide. My friend is a mental health nurse who now has 700 patients on her books, because the service doesn't make enough money for Virgin, so they're gradually running it into the ground.

The ex chairman of Care UK is another that won a lot of contracts, which of course had nothing to do with him being a major Tory donor who has was then given a job in Parliament.

Not to mention high ranking Tories such as Jeremy Hunt visiting California to learn about US models of healthcare

It helps if links you post have at least a tiny bit of credibility, you just linked some random bloke who describes himself as 'sarcastic, cynical, petty, vindictive and paranoid.'

I would say that this election shows that she doesn't like to be questioned and is not prepared to defend her positions. I would say that the Labour Party under Corbyn have got the better of her when it mattered, that is when they make an announcement and within days change their position. Question Time always was a public school farce, more pantomime than serious politics. The fact its no longer worthy of a regular slot on the 6 O'clock news shows the power Corbyn has. He made it boring.

I would say he speaks for millions of people, maybe not enough to give Labour a majority tomorrow, but millions. He speaks to all those that want a decent education, an NHS that hits its targets, respect and help in old age and a society were the rich and powerful give their fair share back to society.

He seems ill-prepared and chaotic but his campaign has got stronger. She seems strong and stable but her campaign has got weaker. It seems all that glitters isn't gold.

Okay enough. This has now got beyond the joke.

Corbyn constantly spewing platitudes does not make him convincing, it just makes him slightly observant.

I know we need much to be done on the NHS, education, road infrastructure, security and all of the other things that capture public scrutiny, but, just like Corbyn, I really haven't got much of a Scooby on how to bring it about.

If there were some dosh to play with then maybe I could make an effort at scratching the surface, but there isn't. As for Corbyn, I'm far from convinced he would even try to change too much - except the direction of his soapboxing project.

Should May have taken on more media scrutiny, I'm not sure; but having read much of the nonsense on here I think she may of been better advised than the frustrated media pigs would like to admit.

****!
I stole/borrowed this from another politics thread:
Just been posted on the Saints forum that Labour sources are saying that Diane Abbott has early stage Parkinson's.
I'm not her biggest fan, but thoughts are with her and her family.
