I will be sad to see him go. I think he would have been solid in the Championship, and another Brit out of the squad who could potentially be replaced by another foreigner. Great servant to the club, despite some errors of late, good luck to him.

Bowen started the last game Hull City played.

This departure is either a heralding of a new City dawn, or the beginning of a massive exodus of our better players. I'm erring towards the latter I'm afraid, but look forward to being proved wrong.

Davies and Dawson both had a year left on their deals.

I doubt he's going anywhere, but then I didn't expect anyone to come if for Curtis either.

For the record, I think everyone who's in their last year will be sold if a decent offer comes in for them.

I don't dispute that last part at all. My point is nobody will come in for him.

If I'm right, that's Eldin, Dio, Hudd, McGregor, Robertson, Meyler, Maguire, Abel, and Daws. Have I missed anyone?
