An empty seat is an empty seat. It doesn't have a sign on it that says '"This seat would be occupied by someone who attends every game but because of the owners' policies, they are not at this game."
They have records of all the season pass holders since the KC began and they'll see how many of those people don't buy a membership.

There's sense in what he says to be honest. The players didn't perform when it mattered... but you dig a little bit deeper and you see why that could have been.
Did we need better personnel in?
Were they playing out of position due to lack of options?
Did the number of players brought in in January effect our team chemistry?
Did the loan players care enough?
It still goes back to mismanagement from the top.

It wasn't the last 3 games that got us relegated it was the period before Marco came in. The squad was totally inadequete to have a chance of surviving, and Marco got us closer to the end of the season before it happened that I thought.
