Gets worse....Merson gone for a Saints 3-1 victory.
This is a game Hull might fancy to end that miserable away record. They might be thinking, 'This can be the one', especially when you consider Swansea are at Manchester United. It's an opportunity.
But Southampton are a better team than many give them credit for this season. They are a decent side and should have too much for the Tigers.

Don't think Silva will be there next year even if they stay up tbh.
My money is on sign loads of Jorge Mendes players. He's done well and will stay up but sorry, he's not for me.
Mendes too involved with Wolves allegedly, I'd imagine he would want to send his better players there (within reason) to get them back to the Prem. If Ronaldo rocks up at the KC next year then I take it all back.
It's an old name and I've become more pessimistic over time.
If I was confident that we could keep a clean sheet, I would have us down for a win.

. No disrespect to Hull, but if we can't beat that lot at home for you today, then you must have angered the gods of football. In other words, your fault if we lose. No pressure.
Considering he's the worst goalkeeper of all time, I was a bit amazed that behind Lloris, Courtois and De Gea, Fraser has kept the most clean sheets in the league this season.
Presumably in the same way that Claude Puel got us to a cup final, despite fixture congestion caused by EL participation, in his first season as a completely clueless manager.
