It would have to be, plus there has to be funds put aside to pay for all the players KM sends out to other Clubs, and let's not forget the funds needed to make way for the next manager.

Kashi & Fatekole are actually quite good. RD & KM don't allow more than 3 good players in a squad per season, as it limits the amount of times they can fill the shop window with youth.

To be fair, he has got a fair few regular detractors on Twitter. He is handy with the Block button.
Why he ever came to Charlton is beyond me. He was utterly lazy and disliked when he played in Belgium.
He is the sort of footballer who over estimates his own abilities... he thought he would score 10+ goals in the second half of the season and then in the summer would be picked up by a Prem Club at twice his salary.
