Bloody hell after 2 months, sounds like you've already overdosed on culture.
Just arrived for the weekend.

The problem is, that things are proving so popular, that most things are sold out in advance.
As has been mentioned, Hypocrite starts tonight, but it's been sold out for a while.
Ferens is worth a visit, there's also an exhibition of art by local artists (Kingston Art Group) at 26-27 Humber Street, the Hullywood Icons exhibition in Princes Quay and there's the Wildlife Photographer Of The Year exhibition at Beverley Art Gallery.

I tried to get Hypocrite tickets but obviously sold out so I have decided to go to Stratford to see it.
KAG is only open 12 - 4 sat & sun, but the new Humber Street Gallery is open with Dead Bod on display in the bar. if easily offended avoid the Coum Transmissions exhibition upstairs. i liked, but then i've always had an interest in Genesis & Cosey etc, and the chocolates and brownies from the chocolatiers down humber street are a bit good.

the Lines of Thought exhibition is still on at the Uni, but finishes tomorrow (sat). open till 7.00 tonight, its free and worth a trip to see.

the next 2 seasons of events are announced on tuesday, (28th), along with New Theatres programme for september onwards.
surprised no one's mentioned the Basil Kirchin concerts from last weekend. knew nothing about him before but took a chance with a weekend pass and came away amazed.
