How can Can ever get picked over Wijnaldum. He is everywhere helping everyone out, great performance.
Firmino was poor 1st half, but looked great 2nd half and his effort showed.

You just can't leave Windy out of the midfield. Not at the expense of Can, anyway.

That first half we were awesome. Mane should have had 3 and Cout probably should have finished the game with 2 goals.
Back to the team that played so well early season. Shame we seem only able to step it up against big teams.
Spurs played into our strength pushing high leaving space for Mane who was just breezing past Davies. Rose's speed would have bee much more useful for them.
Also how how slow is Alderweirld?! Firmino isn't slow but isn't really quick. Gave him head start of about 5 yards and still beat him twice!

Shout out to Lucas. Thought was great again at the back. Should have scored from the corner as well! He looks dangerous from corners, maybe he should have been in there more often rather than defending!
obviously Mane was our stand out but like Jimmy thought Wini had a really good game doing the right thing almost every time. Thought Clyne was much better today than of late.

First half was just like before Xmas. I think the mistake Klopp made was to change the system when Mane was away for the African Cup. We should have kept the same system and just played someone, however inexperienced,in Mane's position.
Very happy with today's performance, now have a break of 16 days to get everyone rested and fit.

Let's all just appreciate the fact that we **** out Spurs with Lucas in defence.
We'll have to see how these lads plays against a lesser team because spurs were so naive. They played so high which allowed us to press and win the ball back in dangerous areas.
Really good performance. 3 massive points and still in the top 4 mix.

Not sure if that was a typo for shut out or not... But it is accurate either way.

I know people will look at he exclusion of Can but bear in mind that this is the first time in a while we've had a weeks rest in a long time and Spurs gave us that space. I was expecting a rejuvenated performance and thank god I was right.

I watched the game on my phone and every time I looked we were breaking them down and making them panic in their own half. People say that teams have figured us out. Maybe we just haven't figured out some teams? This result and performance doesn't surprise me as much as the Hull and Swansea results didn't surprise me.
