I would suggest the ones who are already "stuck here" are already motivated, maybe even feel more "comfortable" with their situation. The ones who are (semi) rejected from Inter, Villareal etc have a high degree of motivation to re-energize to prove their worth in order to resurrect their careers (with the club they are loaned to, with their parent club ( look, see what I have achieved) or with other clubs in the same league as the club they are loaned to. I would suggest both categories you define are equally motivated as professional footballers with the short career ahead of them to establish a secure financial life for their families. I would even go so far as to suggest those loanees have more at stake to "put out".
We obviously do differ on our view of human nature.
I was suggesting that Evandro and Grosicky will be more motivated as they are here permanently and their fortunes - at least for now - ride with us. Loanees are not as tied to the club's fortunes.
We obviously do. As has been pointed out, which you have ignored, there is plenty of evidence of selfish, lazy footballers everywhere, and in particular at our club (Ben Arfa ring any bells??)
You're also misinterpreting my entire point, which was to colour the optimism of these PERFECT loanees we've brought in.
