You're probably right but if there was the odd bit of flair and a goal or three, I'd be ok with that.
Do Svidandia Tzarovitch Caulker! http://www.birminghammail.co.uk/spo...ews/qpr-transfer-news-steven-caulker-12531858
Imagine he would take some stick when/if those two Bristol teams play against one another. So if it is a bidding war, and price not excessive, he would definitely be worth a punt to bolster our depleted striker pool.
Holloway has, and will continue to divide opinion. The strategy of the club has completely changed again, due in part to us, the fans, who have zero patience and can't make our minds up on what we want from the team. Every loss we experience seems to create a new backlog of issues, rather than dusting ourselves off and moving on to the next game. I'm prepared to be patient, and give him the time he needs to build the right squad. This Summer will be particularly crucial for this. We actually have some positive developments going on around the club; - We've been crying out for youth, and we now have 2 of them in the starting 11 (Furlong and Manning). - We've got Michael Doughty back involved in the first team. - We're utilising the loan system properly to give valuable experience to the likes of Shodipo and Kakay, who'll be playing in a competitive League 1 which served Furlong so well. - We're signing players for reasonable amounts of money which proves the club is being run more sensibly It's a nice reminder that we're making progress, stick with the team, this is a marathon, not a sprint.
I am watching other clubs bringing in great young talent and players you would want to see here. Then I see us and think 'what has happened here"? We sold £7-8M of players and Sandro's wages and have spent £1M on 2 players? I said recently if we don't reinvest then something is not right.
Yep agree, there is a balance to be had. We need to cut back but not to point of not competing at all. No more silly money but there is a level you need to invest to compete in the championship.
http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/qprs-caulker-move-russia-loan Caulker on loan to Russia. Now with Hall injured...Kakay gone to Chesterfield, Lynch playing with abroken something. Are we not light in this area... (I think we can assume Ned is going nowhere)
Still good news. Play Perch in the middle if need be. Play me or you there over Caulker. There's also the boy Finney from Bolton. He's 20 so not exactly a kid.
Definitely! From the BBC: 10:47 Now then, that is a spicy deadline day development. Pinching the top scorer of your nearest rivals? Quite brilliant. I'm told that it's 30 years since a player moved from Rovers to City. They'll be dancing on the streets of Southville and kicking cats in Horfield.
