Perhaps were are getting ready for league one action![]()

Indeed, £300k for your club is small change so no big deal. I get that. But surely you would want someone better to help keep you up? This deal is a gamble for sure so why gamble on your league status with this signing? LJ has come in for a lot of criticism over the last few months with results etc. Why go and get a rival's player and pin his hopes on that player to help you. Yes I get its funny that you are taking our player and that it should create a massive meltdown amongst Rovers fans. But is that worth losing your league status over?
I would be pissed off being a City fan right now, losing 8 league games on the trot and just outside the relegation zone with the worse form ever and really looking certain for a relegation dogfight and on the last day of the transfer window, knowing my club has the financial resources to make changes to the squad to change our fortunes and start pushing away from the bottom 3, and then our manager decides to sign a striker who has never played in the championship before and knowing what I know about Taylor, it is a massive massive gamble with signing him. He certainly aint the answer to your problems.
no need to shout John.ANYONE PUTTING UP A SHEFF GAME POST?

Who says we are pinning our hopes on him? You have seen the other 4 blokes we've got in this window haven't you, with rumours of at least one more to come as well as Taylor. Its not like we are putting all our eggs in the Taylor basket!
City's resources are nada, zilch as in a minus. This is Steve Lansdowns money. It is a little punt - small change.
Thats what I said in the 1st line. Small change no big deal.
no probs John, at first I thought it was written by CAPSLOCKTONY or CJSjohngalleyfan2 said: ↑

sorry Massive not intentional I type so fast nowadays that I have it done before I know it .. and push send as I look up! if I notice it, I either re write ..turn into italics and /or reduce size!
City have no resources. £300k represents a small punt, and hopefully great value. Unless you think piling on more debt onto the existing tens of millions is a sensible idea?
every sag on twitter is having a pure meltdown. The **** they are posting is hilarious. I don't care if Taylor never scores or ever plays for us, the 300k has been worth this day
clarkey saying last month they wouldn't sell Taylor for less than 10m and now we've got him for 300,000
proper wetting it!! What a club we are mind. Proper rustlers!I don't really care as long as SL is there to bail us out, and as long as we run properly when he is no longer there.
You knew exactly what he was saying. Just as usual, you need to argue with semantics. For all intents and purposes, City do have resource, even if not directly.
I edited my post because it was boring but anyway ... City have no real resources, none. skint, that is not semantics, the loans and liabilities are in the accounts = Fact.
I don't really care as long as SL is there to bail us out ... Which saw seen BCFC relegated previously when Mr Lansdown could not due unwillingness/FFP. Not a sensible way to run an FC, so In the scheme of things £300k is easier to service.
