Well, I'm sure you're as much of an expert on that subject as you are on so many other topics. Have you ever looked at the world university rankings?
I have, University of Oxford is No.1.

Think you're on slightly dodgy ground with that one. First of all it varies depending on what subject you're looking at but regardless of that Oxford, Cambridge, LSE, UCL, Kings and Imperial routinely appear in the top 20 with a half dozen or so US universities then a mixture of Australian and Far Eastern ones.Well, I'm sure you're as much of an expert on that subject as you are on so many other topics. Yeah, alright, how many of your four kids attend/graduated MIT or CalTech then?
Also, American education is far worse in Britain's in general.
Taking advantage of the plethora of Media Studies/Medieval History graduates? In what? Media Studies and Medieval History? What about Maths, Science, Engineering and Technology?

if you attended a top education institute in uk or the usa.. you'd be set right
silly bickering
My point was that lower education (primary, secondary etc.) is far worse in the US than the UK in terms of academic achievement and cognitive skills.
Oh Bummer has gone now. It's about to get worse what with censorship of scientists, using the good book as an educational tool and the promotion of 'alternative facts' and 'fake news'.

What a stupid comment. Most believe in climate change. It's cyclic, and natural. Some snowflakes believe Man has made a significant contribution.Which makes Bengal's point about STEM even more laughable. What's the point in having great institutions producing great scientists only for the thick as pigshit populace believing in climate change denial conspiracy theories?
All four got free rides (full scholarships) at listed US universities. All graduated with honours, and all are gainfully employed in useful fields. Thank you for asking.
My grandchildren will attend Cambridge, unless they choose Stanford.
Also, you might want to revisit your second sentence.
