I went to that game - 4 of us went in car - Gordon M, myself and a couple of others whose names escape me - think we lost 3 1 - seem to remember it was bloody cold and starting a small fire on the terrace to keep warm

No it was 1-0 and the bastard Leicester fans supported Fulham, it was the same time they closed Imperial Typewriters down and moved it to Leicester so they could use cheap Asian labour, so another reason to hate a team.

We got to rail station after legging it from the game and found out we only had enough money to get to Goole we said that's alright my dad will pick us up, we had a cunning plan to jump the train just before Paragon station, me and my mate fell asleep to be woken by rail plod an hour after it parked up, got a fine.

Happy days

It's a piss poor reason turning your back on the team and fellow supporters because the owner is a ****, get ****ed we don't want you, go support the ballet, you fickle ****

Turning your back on fellow supporters? **** off

You're turning your back on the supporters who've been priced out. You think because you've had a couple of cowardly fights in the 70s that you're super supporters. You're not. You're senile old ****s stuck in the past who in reality doesn't know how to stand by their fellow supporters.

No principles, no values. ****.

Wow now you can see into the past, tell me wise one, which of us who have supported City for over 40 years home and away have ever used an excuse like......

A terrible owner, its expensive, it's a long way, it's a night game, it's on TV, it's cold, it's snowing, I've got no money and I only got paid yesterday, I got married, my dad died, I had a triple heart bypass, I got told to die, I got called irrelevant....

And said I'm not going to watch City, NONE OF US YOU ****ING **** BECAUSE WE SUPPORT THE TEAM AND YOU DONT

I've got to say there is a much better class of abuse on 606 than Twitter.

To be called a **** by some on this board pleases me more than any of the " let's stick together " bollocks when I question City fans motives for not attending games because the Allams are terrible owners.

Sticks and stones, mind there's some on Twitter I'm sure must be crying when they post back.

Youth of today, ****ing fannies, posting let's applaud Ryan Mason on 25 minutes because he got injured.

A 46 year old City fan died yesterday what are we going to do for him? Facebook is full of people posting ****e like " share this if you think cats are lovely" **** OFF

My wife is there but hardly posts except to her friends and family. I occasionally post using her registration on the 'Old Hull' site. Great site for me for old memories of Hull.

She is also on twitter but has never ever used it!

the modern generation is a disgrace in my opinion.. the stuff you see on facebook..

Good job liverpool didn't win
klopp is a specalist at losing finals

Well I looked like an idiot. When I saw that team I was ranting and raving about us throwing away our first chance of getting to a League Cup final. How wrong could I be.

Don't worry, it was noticed. :emoticon-0105-wink:

Got back late last night so only just pitching in with me opinion. Isn't Jose the biggest twat you have ever heard/seen (well apart from the one running our club). Can we not recognise their first goal in this tie as it was offside? Thanks.

Good all round performance again. Enjoyable to watch and I like what he has brought to the way we play. So much better to watch than under SB and early MP matches. Prima donnas pissed off they didn't get things their way. Pleased for Niasse. Great goal, special mention to Markovic and especially Meyler for getting that ball back across the goal as well as he did. Let's hope it kick starts something good for us. Thought Meyler played Rashford well seeing as he isn't a fullback. Tom was...well Tom! Brilliant. Tymon is developing as confidence grows. Like Bowen and needs more game time.

If Rehab doesn't back his new manager/head coach and squad he will have wasted his time, money and effort changing things around not to mention dashing the hopes of the CITY faithful and not so faithful. A few days left to show he means business in trying to keep us up. I am still not convinced we will do it. According to Marco 3 or 4 players required preferably 4. I still won't like you for doing it (not that you're bothered of course) but get Marco's targets signed and give the bloke a fighting chance.

Me and others pissed off Rehab took away N3/4/5. He hasn't got a ****ing clue that bloke.

Hope Marco can keep this going, we can stay up, Rehab and his dad **** off, Marco signs a long contract with us, our new owners allow football people to run the business and we become what we should have been already.

Good post. <ok>
