In reference to Robertson, don't want to see him go but we have a ready made replacement in Tymon. I'd hope we give him a chance and replace Robertson with a back up to Tymon.

Much as I don't want him to go it would be nice to see a home grown become a regular starter. Personally I'd be tempted to find space for both of them in the team, Robbo's best attributes are attacking and crossing afterall.

the club allegedly couldn't be arsed to tell him they'd triggered the extension other than a letter, he's probably thought **** you

Why should we? I'm no Ehab apologist here but it's completely weighted in our favour and we can trigger it any time we want prior to the deadline. He was happy to sign that deal and we behaved within the parameters of it.

Marco does like to keep us in suspense just said this. Marco Silva: "I think Leon Bailey is having a medical, but I don't want to talk about names. When a move is made official then I talk."

So is it us or Germany

I'm not sure why people still fixate on this. It was in his contract, it was an extension in the club's favour that he was happy to agree to when signing, so why do the club need to discuss it with him?

It's a total bullshit point. One of the better ideas the Allams have had yet people still try use it as a stick to beat them with.

Take little notice of them.

It's not about the extension, it was the way we offered him a new deal that ****ed the job up.

The way the club went about activating the clause was probably wrong. However, Snodgrass was happy to sign the contract when he joined us knowing full well what was included within the contract, including that 1 year extension in the clubs favour.
