Oooh, I was being cheeky when I said sign both, play Dijks as a CB. I assumed a deal for him had been gazumped by a bigger club!

Dijks is said to be both a LB and a CB, which seems logical given that he's 6'4". I wonder if he might be like Wisdom last year, starting his career at LB and moving to CB as he becomes more experienced. If so, that could be a shrewd move if Zeegelaar comes in at LB/WL as well.

Considering the fact that Olsson has gone and Brady's departure seems imminent, both / either would be infinitely better than what we currently have available in that / those positions!

Not knowing much about them, I'd say that it looks that way, especially as it would provide another left-footed CB, as Bassong is our only one now, though Klose can play on the left, but that isn't ideal. There's also the fact that if they're both playing they could communicate in 'double dutch' to confuse the opposition!
