I haven't got a problem selling anyone in Summer, but the way you carry on is that even if we sold the whole squad you wouldn't care and would hope there was a strong enough gust of wind to blow the ball into the back of the net.

There wasn't enough investment in Summer and so far there hasn't been enough investment in January. If I felt we were reinvesting money and didn't lack depth it wouldn't be an issue. But it is one step forward and two steps back.

And for your information I wanted Bruce to leave and never wanted Phelan as manager.

Patty have you looked at the team news thread? He said this earlier today in the press conference. It was also mentioned several pages back as was the fact that he was at the Leverkusen match at the weekend and they are expected to sign him and his half brother.
