Sure "sky sources" said the asking fee was £17m when west brom made an approach ........maybe the fee includes add ons.
I'm not remotely fussed if the fee is £13m or £17m. The only thing that makes that interesting really is the latter makes him out record signing.

I heard they wanted £20m at the start of the window. They are quite desperate to sell him it seems and are just lowering their inflated asking price until someone is willing to pay it. We should get used to this as foreign clubs will try and charge english clubs a premium because they know we have the money.
