Italian media suggested a loan for Manolo Gabbiadini could be completed tomorrow with it being made permanent if he plays a certain number of games.

Is he the answer to our striking worries?

I don't really care if we decided to go for him 12 months ago, or 12 minutes ago. If he's good enough and he'll help to solve our scoring issues (note, "help" - I don't think anyone will be expecting him to be a saviour), then get him in.
