Bit like us then. Yesterday was one of the best afternoons I've had watching City for a long time. It was just like the old days. Few in numbers scattered around the ground but everyone of us wanted to be there and support the team. The noise 20/30 maybe even less like minded fans can make when stood together was quite touching, it really did make a difference yesterday.
I don't want to return to the old days of Boothferry Park either.
I want to see us competing at the highest level possible backed by a full house of passionate fans.
But yesterday was enjoyable.

This is what needs building on. We have the COC showing what is good about Hull and this now needs to be the support showing what is good about Hull City.

There only needs to be one message and that is "We are Hull City". No need for anything else.

E6 looked rammed yesterday, whereas other E blocks looked quite sparse. Odd.

Just picked this up on internet, there were more Derby fans (5300) traveled to WBA yesterday then the entire gate at the KC. (assuming the published gate at KC is inflated)

SAF's ex asst. BB McLaren doing a great job for them.

We got 10000 last season in the fa cup

Stats, Chazz, just stats.

Were we in a City wide enthusiasm for CoC?

Were we in the PL with a wafer thin squad?

Did more folk have hope?

You told us all the good things about these owners, would you care to remind us?

This should be the best period in the Club's history: promotion, local owners, CoC, in a EPL semi for the first time, next round of the FA Cup - with a flimsy squad - and a management / coaching team that seriously challenges all expectation.

So what went wrong; was it the supporters, you and I?

The Tango is a wonderful dance, but it takes two ...

... if one is magnanimous, then the other might follow.
Sorry, but while I admire your optimism I genuinely can't believe Ehab being magnanimous

Certainly not to a bunch of hooligans

I certainly think the Trust should react to Silva's post match call for their need of support.

Ehab has publicly said he'll back the manager. Silva's first request appears to have been for a 12th man. We're here, ready & willing. Over to Ehab.

He doesn't have to be, he simply has to follow a skillful lead; he'll look just as good and we let him. What's to lose?

For the '12th man' to make a difference it might help if he was actually in the ground.

I think its over to us. At home games the words Hull City should be seen and heard by the rest of the world. We don't need Ehab's permission to do that.

We should also be looking at getting the Premier League to enforce their clear intention that clubs have concessions for children, the elderly and the disabled. If that means a change in the rules to give them teeth then so be it.

From where I'm looking, TOM, the CoC and Hull City AFC are not immediately inseparable, in fact, far from it. It takes more than a soundbite.
