    I have tried it and disappointed would be an understatement its an easy way to ruin a good roastie. Someone just came up with the idea for those not able to do a good proper roastie

    Boil them, Fluff them with a folk, butter your tray, just as they're browning take them out and press them with a potato masher! And stick them back in the oven! Jamie's ways the best! come out crispy and golden! :emoticon-0148-yes:

    Christ work is going slowly leading up to Christmas.

    Anyone have any Christmas eve traditions? We always go to Sullivans or Whiteheads after a long walk ont' beach.

    I don't think this country fought in WW1 and WW2 to be subjected to the likes of that.

    I just ball up some smash, sprinkle on an oxo cube and shove in the fire for 30 seconds.

    We used to spend the day in Beverley with a meal out when my Mum was alive. I can't be arsed with Christmas now to be honest, it lost its magic for me.
