Yes but he has been exceedingly quiet!
It's hardly a media-intensive job though. Go to game, watch player, file report, go home.

Ricky was an unused sub last night for Betis, as they won 1-0.

90 minutes for Odjijda-Ofoe last night as Rotherham lost to Brighton, Andreu an unused sub.
Josh Murphy got 20 mins as MK Dons lost to Burnley
Turner played the full 90 for Sheffield Wednesday, in a 0-0 draw with Bolton.
Morris didn't even make the bench for Hamilton's defeat at Aberdeen, which seems odd as he's got 2 goals in 6 appearances so far. Perhaps rested as he played at the weekend.

"Andreu an unused sub"
I noticed that - having started last weekend. A bit worrying as given how much we paid for him he should be walking into Rotherham's starting lineup, but at least VOO is getting loads of good minutes under his belt

Hard to know how well VOO is doing really his position can require doing the unfashionable stuff at times which isn't reported on so much. He's worked his way into the side but they're rooted to the bottom of the league. If he's just there for fitness then it's perfect but I'd like to know he was putting in some good performances too.

Yeah it's very difficult to know. I have tried to find a Rotherham forum for some fans opinions, but barely any of them look like they have many users (may not be a surprise...) the only think I could find was this, which was very positive:

re: Brighton impressions

Brighton fans are saying Ofoe was heads and shoulders above the rest of our team last night, looking forward to seeing him for the first time saturday.

Nice find Rob.

This is when, in a couple of months time, it's announced that Vadis is staying on loan at Rotherham for the rest of the season, and we all scratch our heads!

it really feels like we have become a pretty big club with our various talents being spread throughout the footballing World. It does have a nice feel to it and many thanks to DH for the research. Totally off subject but Abrahim scored again on Tuesday, he can still do it but of course, it is at that level and not PL. it was at Ipswich level.

t was a hell of a goal too, bullet header similar to Holty's at Anfield!

This weekend:
Josh Murphy played 90 mins for MK Dons, getting an assist and threatening with runs from wide cutting in.
Odjidja-Ofoe scored a penalty and played 90 mins, Andreu also started for Rotherham and played 68 mins.
Turner played 90 and scored for Wednesday.
Jacob Murphy played the full game and got an assist as Coventry won.
Morris started and played 54 mins for Hamilton, as they won 1-0.
Matthews an unused sub for Burton.

Great work DH.

From the Rotherham forum, lots of praise for Andreu:

re: In praise of Tony Andreu
I'm with IBS. He links play up and looks a classy footballer, comfortable on the ball and linking up well with the forwards.
He was tiring soon after half-time but I think he's a good signing.

But it wasn't universal:
re: In praise of Tony Andreu
Funny how people see things differently, I thought he had a very average game and felt it was right to take him off as he hadn't produced for us today. I thought Odjidja-Ofoe was very good all round though.

Whereas for VOO it certainly was:
re: Ofoe
Fantastic player, strong, quick, powerful, technical, good passer, good vision and decision making and always looking to make things happen, i really hope we can extend his loan, we been crying out for this type of player in midfield, he's can be the Yaya Toure of the championship.

Pretty glowing praise but safe to say they're desperate to see his loan extended!

I'd like Vadis back. Tettey has looked pretty average and is currently on course to get about 30 yellow cards. With Mulumbu still not fit I'd have him in for Tettey and let him prove a point.
I think his month out was for fitness anyway I doubt were going to extend.

I don't know - he's making noises like he wants some more playing time there and I'm not sure he's really like-for-like with Tettey. He's more like Dorrans from what little I've seen

Nearly forgot Ricky this week. Unused sub again as Betis drew 0-0. Being down to ten men for most of the second half didn't help his chances of being subbed on.

AN has said that Odjidja-Ofoe needs to work on his defensive skills to become a complete player, so not really an option at DM in the PL. More of a box-to-box CM who can also play at AM. Can't see him breaking into the team at the moment, given our strength in midfield so another month at Rotherham would be good, IMO.
