The world isn't ready Forza..................................it just........... isn't.......... ready! *dramatic music*
the race weekend turnouts were low where as the test days turnouts seem high. What does this say about ticket prices?

What is with the love-in of Sainz? I know his dad was an awesome rally driver, but come on, the kid is pretty fast but massively erratic. Like Gutierrez 2.0. Regarding Wolff, i'm disappointed. I spent all last night preparing Jean-Denis Deletraz jokes, and it turns out that the bint can actually drive. Damn you Susie.
Just got back from a boiling Silverstone - what a great day's testing it was. I was at Woodcote and saw Daniil Kyvat and Giedo van der Garde spin into the gravel. Also saw Rodolfo Gonzalez spin and the whole grandstand began a moment's applause! The Sauber definitely looked the twitchiest I thought and Force India probably the most planted. Most of Susie's laps came from single-lap runs as she was practising pitstops, whilst the Caterham and Ferrari were going for very long stints. I thought Sainz looked on edge most of the time and I always felt he could spin it at any moment. BLS, did you do the pitlane walkabout as well? The queue may have been horrendous, but it was great to be able to walk out onto the track and then wander down the pitlane looking at mostly showcars, but the 2013 Caterham was on display and you could see the mechanics working on the Williams. I even picked up a couple of pieces of Pirelli rubber from the pit straight! It was the first time I had been to a test day since 2005 (I used to go quite often) and this was miles better - the cars stayed out right to the very end of the day and there was always some action.

Completely pointless trying to compare the race drivers v the young drivers as, from what I understand, Pirelli's program dictates mostly high-fuel runs and no set-up changes to the car for the race drivers. Apples and oranges there.
