I really can't see what people's problem is tbh.

I've made it clear, time & again, that the people I'm referring to are wums, Mags & anyone claiming to be Sunderland but laughing when things were going wrong.

Yet people who claim to be none of those things are getting themselves in a proper little frenzy.

It's the hypocrisy I find particularly amusing.

Those people never hesitate to attack the club, or the optimists, but always trot out the old,
"Let's just be Sunderland friends and not argue," when things go well.

If anyone can explain why they can have their say but I'm castigated for retaliating then fair enough.

And, while you're on, can anyone explain why pessimists always say, "It's me, not the optimists who's a realist."

The reality is that the pessimists were wrong and the optimists were right .......... how's that work like?

Smug, would you mind naming and shaming the Sunderland posters who have gloated in our poor performances please. I'm honestly not aware of any <ok>

I don't need to, I wouldn't be mentioning it if they hadn't annoyed me in the first place.

This isn't Crown Court and, tbh, I'm watching the Chelsea match so can't be bothered at the moment.

If, on the other hand, there aren't any then no one has a reason to be offended do they <ok>

While you're on can you explain why pessimists are OK to attack optimists but not the other way round?

As soon as you got questioned about Antibies, you were moving back to England. A few weeks later you were back home. I couldn't give a damn personally but I see where people are coming from when you get called Walter etc.

I've been questioned about Antibes for over a decade you sad sack ..... do you think this board started when you arrived <laugh>

There are people, on here, who have either been down to stay or know those who have.

I don't need to prove anything to people like you ....... I only get called Walter by ****ers <ok>

It's not a problem its just so f**king boring and boorish imo.

I just wish you would name names - would the number of posters who did this justify your harping on about it, if you want a witch hunt change your name to Matthew Hopkins and get on with it, or let it lie.

I would say when a realist was somebody who thought we were getting relegated when we were where we were with away games against City, Chelsea & Man Utd in front of us that we had to win to stay up.

An optimist would be someone who thought we would get the return we did.

Hindsight is a great thing and anyone using it as a basis to take the moral high ground is a smart arse in my book.

Either way, a Sunderland supporter would be one who was desolate at the prospect of going down, a Sunderland supporter would understand and appreciate why a fellow supporter would think they we may get relegated.

Only a cunnus of a Sunderland supporter would WANT Sunderland to go down and I do not believe there are many of those on here.

And I do not want to have a slanging match over this, I admire you tanacity and the fact you go the extra mile in supporting Sunderland on other boards, furthermore nobody was happier than I when you were proved right, can I have next friday's euro million numbers please.........
